The modern, new world style cabernet sauvignon from Rondebosch Cellar is dominated by blackberry and blackcurrant fruit characters. Subtle vanillin oak flavours compliment the tannin structure of the wine, which is robust and typical of cabernet sauvignon. Ideal with roast meat, poultry and pasta dishes.
