This Viognier shows remarkable depth and presence. The aroma is immediately captivating – lifting from the glass even before you approach it. Layers of rich, ripe peaches, delicate white blossoms, and an intriguing hint of roasted coriander seed create a complex and inviting bouquet.
The palate presents a medium-bodied, yet beautifully elegant structure. Its ripe intensity carries through, supported by subtle oak influence, and a gentle, textured tannin grip – rare and refined for a Viognier. The finish is long, lingering, and moreish, encouraging another sip.
This wine has the potential to age gracefully for up to eight years.
