Wine Awards 2024: A Winning Streak Proves Our Commitment to Excellence

With the Michelangelo Awards announcements just in, we’re celebrating a notable year of accolades, proving our excellence in the world of winemaking both locally and internationally.

At Alvi’s Drift, our relentless pursuit of excellence – even in the face of considerable industry challenges – is rewarded not only through the accolades we’re so honoured to receive, but also through the loyalty from those who continue to appreciate and support our wines.

"We are deeply honoured by these recognitions," says Alvi van der Merwe. "Our success is a reflection of our dedication, our respect for the environment, and the passion that drives us. These awards not only celebrate our wines but also the hard work of every individual at Alvi’s Drift as well as the much-appreciated support of those who’ve walked this journey with us from the start."
